Job Description

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• Union experience

• Kronos – timekeeping experience

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles

Job Details:

• Manage 20-30 Employees

• Ensures safety safety-focused attitude by all employees

• Ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost, quality and lead time

• Organizes the training needs of teams

• Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports

• Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
