Axiom Studio

The Axiom Studio, located at NE 6th and Davis, is a team of creatives responsible for delivering extraordinary design solutions for retail marketing, brand activations, permanent environments, fixtures, and more. As designs are brought to life, the studio team works in tandem with our fabrication facility to produce exceptional custom builds. The Role

As our  Studio Project Manager , you’ll be the catalyst behind our creative operations, keeping timelines tight, budgets on track, and quality consistently exceptional. You’ll manage a diverse mix of projects across multiple clients, collaborating with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to bring ideas to life.

This is not just a coordination role, you're the bridge between creative vision and impeccable execution. You’ll ensure no detail gets lost, no deadline slips, and no feedback is missed. With your keen understanding of creative workflows and your proactive mindset, you’ll help deliver impactful work that wows our clients every time.

You

You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, in an in-person role, and have 3+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or similar setting. You're a natural self-starter, juggling multiple clients and deliverables without dropping a beat. You bring a laser focus to details, proactive communication, and have a deep appreciation for organized processes. You're comfortable working with everyone from creatives to engineers to vendors and you know how to make it all click. You’ve led client meetings, wrangled feedback into clear action items, and are not afraid to speak up when you see a risk or a smarter way forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Project Lifecycle:   Participate in production meetings to align on priorities and resourcing . Manage end-to-end project delivery across a high volume of fast-moving creative work
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with account managers, creatives, sales/marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, engineers, resourcing, vendors, and freelancers
  • Keep Projects on Track: Define scopes of work, milestones, and deliverables. Build detailed schedules,  monitor daily project progress and keep internal and client teams aligned
  • Communicate & Coordinate: Attend client meetings, capture feedback and action items, lead follow-ups, manage expectations, develop internal client briefs, and provide regular project updates
  • Quality & Consistency: Ensure creative outputs meet or exceed expectations—and that all assets are accurate, production-ready, and properly archived
  • Production Support: Build print production grids, review files, and coordinate with vendors
  • Process Improvement: Help evolve our processes, policies, workflows, tools, and templates to make our team even more efficient and effective

What You'll Bring

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Fluency in tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or Trello, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Deep knowledge of creative workflows and production processes
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Smartsheet, Slack, and ERP
  • Experience managing freelancers and supporting resourcing decisions
  • A supportive spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
  • Background in print production and file prep
  • Passion for design trends and industry best practices
  • Experience in or an interest in working with manufacturing and engineering teams
