Job Opportunity: Spa Attendant – Dana Point, CA

Regis Staffing Group is hiring a Spa Attendant to work at a prestigious resort in Dana Point, CA. 

We are looking for a responsible, service-oriented individual who will be in charge of maintaining cleanliness, organization, and delivering an excellent guest experience within the spa. The ideal candidate must speak English and demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest service. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Greet all spa guests in a warm and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and common areas.
• Replenish supplies such as towels, robes, water stations, and amenities.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment at all times.
• Assist guests with locker assignments and answer questions about spa services or facilities.
• Coordinate with therapists and front desk staff to ensure smooth spa operations.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Follow all spa and resort policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must speak and understand English.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a spa setting is preferred but not required.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $19.50 per hour


Training Schedule for New Hires:  

• Monday, June 9: 1:00 PM – 7:15 PM
• Wednesday, June 11: 5:55 AM – 1:30 PM
• Thursday, June 12: 5:55 AM – 1:30 PM
