A well-respected mid-sized firm in Sacramento is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate law. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial real estate transactions from project commencement through financing and development stages.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documentation.
• Advise clients including developers, property managers, and investors on strategic asset management and legal structuring.
• Support litigators on real estate disputes, arbitration, and federal/state court proceedings.
• Assist clients with resolving disputes through mediation or negotiated settlements.
• Provide clear legal guidance on compliance, title, land use, and transactional risks.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a real estate attorney focused on commercial transactions.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership.
• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, development law, and asset management.
• Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with a team.
