Sales Representative Job Overview:

J.N. Davis Roofing, a leader in roofing services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. Qualifications

• Sales Experience Required – Proven track record in sales, in roofing, construction, and/or home improvement.
• Experience in - In home sales (at the kitchen table sales).
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
• A passion for sales, customers and construction.
• Knowledge in the CRM program LEAP is a plus.
• Reliable personal transportation required; auto and mileage expense are compensated by the company.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads – This is not a sit-back-and-wait position; we need a go-getter who thrives on networking and customer outreach.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Prepare material orders, sometimes pull permits, check in on customers during project execution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, with a mix of company leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Weekends as needed.
