Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, FL for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data on client progress, and working directly with clients to promote positive behavioral changes. The RBT will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. Daily tasks include providing direct one-on-one therapy, participating in team meetings, and maintaining open communication with caregivers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, caregivers, and team members
  • Ability to implement behavioral interventions and strategies confidently
  • Understanding of basic principles of Psychology as related to behavioral health
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Excellent observational and data recording skills
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is beneficial
  • Dedication to professional growth and development in behavioral health
