Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join their team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, deal execution, and portfolio management, with a specific focus on the services sector. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of private equity investing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions.
  • Assist in the due diligence process for potential investments, including market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the services sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, with a focus on the services sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
