Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to implement high-quality therapy services in alignment with state regulations and company guidelines. The client will pay for the relocation and sign on bonus The ideal candidate will develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, manage cases, and ensure exceptional patient care while fostering positive relationships with the facility team.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in compliance with state Practice Act regulations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants to ensure effective care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, completing all required paperwork promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, physicians, and third-party payers.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist education program.
• Active state licensure or registration (or about to sit for examination)
• Current CPR certification compliant with state regulations.
• Experience in an Outpatient setting (preferred)

Additional Notes

• $100,000 to $110,000/yr. + sign on bonus/relocation and yearly profit sharing for 2+ years’ experience.
