About the Role

• Serve as the senior legal leader in our Houston office, managing cases while mentoring and developing paralegal staff.
• Collaborate with the broader team to seamlessly transition ongoing cases and grow a full docket of claims.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, team members, and firm leadership throughout the lifecycle of every case.
• Supervise the preparation and review of legal documents with minimal oversight, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize case outcomes, and position the office for future growth.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, local partners, and other stakeholders, creating a strong presence in the Texas market.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 7 years of litigation experience, ideally with a strong background in personal injury law.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide clear updates to clients and stakeholders throughout every case stage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, ensuring seamless file and document management.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving results.
• Active Texas Bar admission and good standing to practice law in the state.
• Bonus : If you bring a book of business or existing clients, you may be eligible for equity partnership consideration.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary starting at $200K, with the potential for equity partnership based on experience and/or a book of business.
