Job Description

LifeStation Senior Living, a leader in emergency response solutions for senior housing, is seeking a results-driven National Installation Manager to lead our growing national installation and service delivery teams. This role is ideal for a proven operator who thrives on execution, owns KPIs like a badge of honor, and is excited to scale field services with precision.

Reporting directly to Senior Executive Leadership, this position will oversee end-to-end operations including system installations, cross-functional project delivery, subcontractor oversight, warehousing and logistics, vendor management, and process optimization for senior living communities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the high-performing Operations team, including managers, coordinators, field technicians, warehouse, support roles, and vendor partners.
  • Oversee all phases of system installations—from planning and execution through client onboarding and training.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and execution plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify, contract, and maintain relationships with a national network of subcontractors.
  • Drive procurement and logistics operations to ensure just-in-time delivery of hardware and supplies.
  • Champion operational excellence through SOPs, compliance, QC, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on service case management and support internal projects as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement through operational planning, KPI tracking, and process optimization.
  • Act as the primary liaison for operational process management across departments and with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the warehouse; logistics, orders, supplier relationships.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or service delivery (5+ years in leadership).
  • Proven track record in large-scale, multi-site installation or field service execution (IoT or senior living experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, or a related field (required). MBA or PMP is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-site projects and operational initiatives including sub-contractor negotiations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and project management tools.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
