About the Role:
Michael Aram, a globally recognized luxury home décor brand rooted in craft, storytelling, and artistry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to help shape and execute brand strategy across all channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution—ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer with a refined aesthetic, strong digital instincts, and a deep understanding of brand building in the luxury space.
Reporting to the {Lead Marketing Consultant/Fractional CMO}, this individual will play a key role in executing brand campaigns, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and ensuring consistency across consumer-facing and B2B partner channels. This is a high-visibility role requiring a balance of creative thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Management· Support the evolution and execution of the Michael Aram brand strategy across all platforms—ensuring
alignment with business goals, seasonal priorities, and product positioning.
· Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across digital and print assets.
· Work cross-functionally to ensure the brand is expressed consistently across eCommerce, social,
wholesale, and in-store environments.
Campaign Execution· Plan, build, and deploy integrated campaigns across email, digital media, social, and partnerships, with
clear KPIs and performance tracking.
· Assist in developing creative briefs, managing timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and creative
resources to bring campaigns to life.
· Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and consumer engagement metrics.
Social Media & Content· Own and manage the brand’s organic social media channels—curating content, driving engagement, and
growing a community of loyal followers.
· Develop platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) that align with seasonal storytelling and
product launches.
· Support copywriting and visual content creation to reflect Michael Aram’s luxury positioning and voice.
Wholesale & B2B Marketing Support· Partner with the sales team to develop seasonal marketing toolkits, sell-through support materials, and
turnkey assets for national and independent retail partners.
· Adapt brand campaigns for use across diverse wholesale channels, maintaining brand integrity while
meeting retailer-specific needs.
· Assist in managing partner requests for marketing content, product imagery, and branded assets.
Analytics & Optimization· Track key performance metrics across marketing initiatives; identify opportunities to improve engagement,
conversion, and brand equity.
· Deliver reporting and recommendations based on data insights and seasonal results.
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 2–4 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in luxury, design, home décor, or
lifestyle categories
· Proven ability to execute integrated brand campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints
· Deep knowledge of social media strategy and content creation; hands-on experience managing platforms

· Strong visual sensibility and appreciation for premium design and craftsmanship
· Experience supporting or managing B2B and wholesale marketing efforts
· Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Preferred Skills:· Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and paid social platforms
· Experience working with influencers, PR teams, or external creative agencies
· Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management platforms
· An understanding of the luxury consumer and the nuances of aspirational storytelling
