What You’ll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)

• Take back your time: your calendar is filled with qualified, interested federal employee clients—no cold outreach, no wasted calls.
• Guide people through the complexities of retirement and financial decision-making with confidence, clarity, and care.
• Present customized financial plans with a focus on assets under management (AUM) and fixed-indexed annuities (FIA)—the solutions they need, not a sales script.
• Be the closer. Clients are already halfway in the door—your expertise and leadership move them to action.
• Earn what you’re worth. If you’re good, you will win here. Period.

Who You Are

• You hold a Life Insurance License and Series 65 (or equivalent)—non-negotiable.
• You’ve been in the financial advisory seat, guiding real people with real money through real decisions—and you’ve got the wins to prove it.
• You know how to lead a conversation, build immediate trust, and ask for the business—without hesitation or hesitation.
• You prefer to spend time advising , not prospecting.

• Understand federal retirement systems (TSP, pensions, FEGLI), or you’re eager to master them fast.
• Have a background in investment management or fixed-indexed annuities.
• Can communicate clearly and persuasively in virtual settings.
