We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor with Managerial duties.

• $44.96 to $58.66 per hour based on experience.
• Available Shifts: Full-Time - 3p to 11p and 11pm to 7am and Weekends any shift.

Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor/Manager Qualifications:

• Current licensure in the State of MA as an RN - Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1 year of experience in nursing supervision or nursing management in Long-Term Care.

Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor/Manager Job Summary:

• Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
• Regular rounding on nursing units to supervise staff, check residents, greet all new admissions.
• Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures.
• Assure that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented.
• Facilitate communication between licensed nurses, family and other care givers.
• Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
• Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.
