Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, and spousal maintenance.
• Draft pleadings, declarations, and settlement agreements with attention to legal strategy.
• Conduct hearings, mediations, and depositions with guidance from senior attorneys.
• Lead client consultations and maintain regular communication to manage expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to shape litigation strategy and drive favorable outcomes.
• Prioritize deadlines and caseload organization in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications:
• 0–3 years of experience in family law; litigation experience strongly considered.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington State Bar license required.
• Must reside in Washington State for court appearances and in-person meetings.
• Excellent client communication and case management skills.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and organizational capabilities.
