Our  Rythmos Community Intelligence Platform combines advanced wearables, real-time indoor location tracking, and smart sensors to help caregivers respond faster, improve safety, and bring peace of mind to families.

We’re looking for a  Customer Success Manager who can turn customers into  raving fans . You don’t need decades of experience — just a big heart, sharp mind, and a love for helping people succeed.

• Welcome & onboard new senior living communities so they can start benefiting from Rythmos right away.
• Train caregivers & staff to feel confident using our tech.
• Solve problems with empathy and make customers say, “Wow, that was easy!”
• Share feedback with our product team to make Rythmos even better.
• Spot opportunities to help communities unlock more value from the platform.
  

• You’re a  people person who thrives on building relationships.
• You can explain tech in a  clear, friendly way .
• You have  patience & empathy , especially with those new to technology.
• You’re curious, adaptable, and ready to learn fast.
• Any  customer-facing experience (hospitality, healthcare, retail, call centers, etc.) is a big plus.
