Job Description

Eiseman Jewels is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and knowledgeable Watchmaker. The person in this position is expected to manage a high volume of repairs with an emphasis on Rolex Timepieces along with experience with luxury watch repairs. The individual should be detail-oriented and experienced in working within a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position and located at Eiseman Jewels, NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas. The candidate will be expected to work on-site during pre-determined business hours to include weekends, occasional night events, and extended hours during the holiday season.

The position includes, but is not limited to the following duties:

Watchmaker Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues with mechanical and automatic watches.
• Provide estimates for repairs and communicate effectively regarding service recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Communicate clearly with team and clients regarding all timelines and service expectations.
• Maintaining watchmaking tools & machines.
• Managing inventory of watch parts, ordering parts when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of proven experience as a Watchmaker in a Luxury Watch environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of watch movements and service procedures.
• Proficiency in using watchmaking polishing and refinishing equipment.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Certification from a recognized watchmaking school or apprenticeship program preferred.
• Familiarity with luxury watch brands and their specific requirements is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in forecasting and managing workload – and consistently meeting those expectations.
