Warehouse Coordinator (Hybrid)

More Than Freights, LLC is a boutique receiving and white-glove delivery company based in Portland, OR. We support interior designers, showrooms, and manufacturers by handling receiving, inspection, storage, and final delivery with care and attention to detail.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and act as the main point of contact for our designer clients. This role combines hands-on warehouse oversight with client service, quoting, billing, and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, inspection, and inventory processes
• Maintain accurate records and oversee inventory control
• Communicate with clients (email/phone) regarding quotes, scheduling, and updates
• Open new client accounts and prepare estimates for services
• Handle billing, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Supervise a small warehouse team and ensure service standards are met

Qualifications

• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, inventory systems)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with a small team
• Experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• $40K–$45K per year (DOE)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Hybrid: mix of in-office/warehouse and work-from-home
• Benefits: 401K with employer match, paid holidays, 1 week PTO
