Multimedia Designer – Learning & Creative Services

Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

Duration: 6-month W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $58–$66/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

About the Role:

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Designer III (Visual Designer & Producer) to support one of the world’s most customer-obsessed tech and logistics companies. This opportunity sits within their Operations Risk & Compliance group, where creative meets compliance in delivering engaging, high-impact learning solutions across a global organization.

This role is ideal for a highly collaborative and inventive creative with an eye for detail and a strong portfolio of cross-media design work. If you thrive on transforming complex concepts into compelling visual stories — this is the team for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for educational and marketing content across digital and print formats (eLearning modules, websites, newsletters, presentations, and more).
• Produce high-quality audio-visual assets such as explainer videos, animated graphics, and visual guides.
• Own projects from ideation to execution — including concepting, storyboarding, scriptwriting, casting, editing, and final delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver on-brand, audience-focused design solutions.
• Stay current with design trends and technology to continually elevate creative output.
• Help improve production workflows and design systems to maximize efficiency.

Key Projects May Include:

• Developing animated video modules to explain safety and compliance processes
• Creating visual guides and reference tools for frontline operational teams
• Designing presentation decks for executive briefings and internal communications

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

1. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), PowerPoint, and video production/editing
2. Experience producing animated/illustrated explainer videos
3. Strong graphic design and image editing skills across print and digital

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional visual design and video production experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Online portfolio showcasing a variety of cross-media design projects
• Proficiency in digital design principles, typography, and brand execution
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Comfortable using multiple tools and platforms as needed to complete creative work
