Job Description

My client, a leading Pharma Manufacturer is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to spearhead digital marketing analytics and data science initiatives across our U.S. commercial operations. This role is pivotal in shaping how we measure, interpret, and optimize digital engagement—spanning CRM, paid media, and web platforms—to drive performance and inform smarter marketing decisions. The focus is on patient and HCP behavior within the Neuropsychiatry space, with a strong emphasis on advanced modeling and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing, omnichannel strategy, field teams, and external agencies to translate business goals into measurable outcomes
  • Lead the design and execution of analytics frameworks that uncover insights across the patient and provider journey
  • Apply machine learning and predictive modeling to evaluate digital touchpoints and optimize resource allocation
  • Build and refine attribution methodologies to assess channel impact and guide message delivery timing
  • Architect data-driven solutions that enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization across digital channels
  • Monitor performance metrics across email, media, CRM, and web platforms to inform brand strategy
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, actionable reporting across monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc cycles
  • Define and implement measurement strategies with third-party vendors, ensuring data availability and integrity for robust analysis

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science, finance) strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or digital measurement roles
  • Proven ability to build and deploy models for media mix optimization and digital attribution
  • Strong command of SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling
  • Demonstrated success in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Deep familiarity with CRM platforms, web analytics tools, and digital media performance metrics
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a bias toward iterative refinement and agile delivery
  • Skilled in synthesizing insights into compelling narratives and visualizations for executive audiences
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse teams toward shared outcomes
