About the Role

This position is for a Full-Time School SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) located in Elgin, IL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to K–12 students in individual and group settings
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create the best support strategies for each student
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Illinois SLP license
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking SLPs are highly encouraged to apply
• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required – strong mentorship and onboarding provided

Required Skills

Experience in delivering speech-language therapy services and collaborating with educational staff.

Preferred Skills

Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are highly encouraged.
