Position Overview:

We are hiring a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our corporate social media strategy, oversee paid advertising campaigns, and support our growing network of franchise owners with best-in-class tools and training. This is an onsite position for someone eager to shape a national brand voice and drive performance across organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day management of all corporate social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan and execute content calendars that align with brand initiatives and key golf events
  • Develop and manage audience personas and targeting strategies to support brand growth
  • Create, curate, and publish motivational, educational, and entertaining content across platforms
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and improve results
  • Oversee third-party digital ad agencies, including budget planning, creative direction, and campaign performance review
  • Serve as the point of contact for franchise social media questions and support
  • Build and deliver training sessions and resources to help franchisees effectively promote their local clubs
  • Maintain brand standards across all digital touch points
  • Stay up to date on trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or related field 3+ years (or equivalent) of professional experience in social media strategy and management
  • Experience managing or collaborating with third-party ad vendors or running paid campaigns
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand communication skills
  • Proficient in audience segmentation, content planning, and data analytics
  • Comfortable leading training and providing feedback to non-marketing professionals
  • Passion for the golf industry or recreational sports a plus
