Job Description

Summary : The Tebow Group (TTG) is looking for a mission-driven senior project manager whose main role will be ensuring the successful completion of projects through proper planning, accountability, and Agile systems. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with project management experience in a marketing, publishing, PR, and/or creative role. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, self-starting— yet able to be flexible in a fast-paced, creative environment. This full-time role is based in Jacksonville, FL and remote employees will not be considered. 

Top Five Responsibilities: 

1. Create processes and turn them into GANTTs
2. Creating and executing on the roadmaps.
3. Strategic communication across teams, vendors, and key players. 
4. Removing obstacles in key project processes (Books, PR, Marketing, Brand Deals, TTF).
5. Determining the scope and prioritizing deliverables 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key driver in the completion of all campaigns and projects from ideation to sharing final files.
• Determine project scope and requirements.
• Assign tasks based on bandwidth and skill.
• Build timelines for the team’s projects.
• Prioritize tasks and deadlines. 
• Obtain missing details, resources, and assets. 
• Follow-up on progress. 
• Maintain open communication between the marketing team and clients. 
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact or delay the delivery of partner commitments and obligations. 
• Document all project updates in our project management system (Monday.com) to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure approval is received before the marketing team finalizes and hands off deliverables. 
• Assist CMO with project management 
• Write briefs and change orders.
• Take and share notes from meetings with clients and partners. 
• Ensure alignment across teams by supporting regular status meetings, check-ins, updates, and debriefs.

Responsibilities: (Continued) 

• Implement Agile methodologies to plan work, assign resources, track progress, and improve systems through retrospective meetings.
• Split time 50/50 between the Tim Tebow Foundation and The Tebow Group to support all creative deliverables. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, advertising, or related field preferred.
• Currently living in Jacksonville, FL or has the desire to relocate to Jacksonville, FL.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a creative project management role.
• Agile certification preferred.
• Creative, publishing, marketing, or PR agency experience. 
• Expert in tracking and monitoring hundreds of projects at one time.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and improve the efficiency of the current creative process.
• Exemplary organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com. 

Reporting Relationship : This position will report to the CMO at The Tebow Group.
