Job Description:

• Designs, implements, maintains and supports the network infrastructure.
• Maximizes network operations by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages and scheduling maintenance and periodic upgrades.
• Ensures network is scalable, configured to meet business objectives and available 24x7.
• Configures network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, etc.).
• At higher levels, envisions, define and leads in the development of industry-leading technologies, systems and network infrastructure.
• Critical focus areas include video, voice, data, automation and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plays a lead role in providing global Network Engineering support.
• Configures and installs complex network devices, infrastructure and systems.
• Ensures the ongoing performance of network maintenance and systems upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Monitors network security and risk metrics, tracks issues and exceptions to risk policies and standards and liaises with Cybersecurity team members – suggesting process improvements and ensuring compliance with company security protocols and guidelines.
• Analyzes current network configuration, performance metrics and business needs, recommending future infrastructure improvements.
• Works to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to network infrastructure.

Key Qualifications:

BA/BS degree and 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Required:

• Hands on experience with Cisco, netbrain ,Fortinet,F5, Palo Alto, Aruba

Preferred:

• 6 to 10 years Hands on experience.

Pay Range: $75 - $80 Hourly

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
