Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Commercial Office Buildings

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and upkeep of commercial office buildings within our portfolio. This hands-on role requires direct experience with core building systems—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general facilities maintenance—in a commercial office environment. Candidates with multifamily-only experience will not be considered, as this position is specific to office and commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of building systems, with a focus on HVAC, lighting, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond efficiently to tenant service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution of comfort and operational issues.
• Conduct and document preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems.
• Complete minor repairs to interior finishes (e.g., doors, locks, ceiling tiles, drywall, paint) and exterior elements (e.g., signage, lighting, access hardware).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in commercial office buildings or similar environments (e.g., data centers, retail, or industrial).
• Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic building automation systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, equipment schematics, and interpret basic building plans.
