Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E, O-1, L-1, and TN visas.
• Act as primary liaison for corporate clients, delivering high-level immigration counsel.
• Oversee and coordinate legal staff, including junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Track case progress and ensure timely and accurate filings.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documentation with exceptional precision.
• Conduct client calls and status updates, providing strategic guidance on immigration processes.
• Collaborate with partners on client development and internal process improvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Proven leadership managing caseloads and internal teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong client communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in immigration case management software.
