Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety standards and practices.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients.
• Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Local presence in San Diego, CA.
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Extensive experience with large-tonnage applied HVAC equipment, such as package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
