Senior Family Law Attorney
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $105,000-$180,000 base salary (DOE) + potential equity

Our client, a distinguished and growing family law firm, is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to lead their expansion into the Colorado market. This is a unique chance for a driven, Colorado-licensed attorney to shape and grow a firm's presence in Denver.
Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and growth of the firm's Denver office, including building a strong operational foundation and strategic plan.
Manage and grow a caseload of complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child/spousal support, and other domestic relations matters.
Provide exceptional legal counsel to clients during emotionally driven cases with professionalism and empathy.
Partner with the firm's leadership team to oversee business development efforts, build networks, and ensure long-term success in the Colorado market.
Mentor and develop junior attorneys and staff, fostering a collaborative and client-focused team culture.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
6+ years of experience in family law, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
Strong court trial experience and comprehensive knowledge of Colorado family law statutes.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a new office.
Strong business development experience with a proactive approach to networking and expanding a client base.
Excellent leadership and mentorship skills with a passion for building and leading a team.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary of $105,000-$180,000 (DOE) with equity potential.
