What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated client pod supporting one of our largest enterprise accounts. Together with your high-performing team, you’ll partner with the client’s clubs to advance their strategic objectives, drive growth, and ensure consistent, impactful use of the Sprocket platform across their network.
You’ll serve as both a strategic partner and a Sprocket platform expert, helping the client’s clubs standardize operations, run more efficiently, and grow their business. In addition to managing the overall enterprise relationship, you’ll own a book of individual clubs within the network, providing hands-on support in the Sprocket system to configure, optimize, and solve challenges directly. You’ll collaborate closely with executives at both Sprocket and the client organization, as well as our Product team, to align priorities, deliver high-value initiatives, and create exceptional experiences that strengthen the partnership.
