Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, and regulatory compliance, and will provide critical insights to support compensation strategy and decision-making across the organization.

Location: hybrid Bryn Mawr, PA

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal and external compensation data to evaluate the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing compensation programs
  • Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary structure adjustments
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure fair and equitable compensation across all roles
  • Develop and maintain salary ranges, pay structures, and compensation guidelines in alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support compensation offers and internal equity reviews
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and business leaders on compensation practices and policies
  • Support executive compensation analysis and reporting, as needed
  • Prepare compensation-related reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to inform strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field (CCP certification preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or related field
  • Deep understanding of compensation concepts, pay equity, and job evaluation methodologies
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, Radford, Mercer, Payfactors)
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
