Job Summary:
Primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Representative is to oversee the processing of Intercompany & Supplier
sales order accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Accurate and timely data entry into the ERP System (SAP) for the following business segments:
- Intercompany Purchase orders
- POD Purchase orders
- Supplier orders
· Receive and respond to inquiries from internal customers to resolve order processing issues.
· Maintain accurate and complete sales order records.
· Prepare or complete forms and other documentation that may be needed to obtain or process sales orders or
change orders.
· Process supplier/vendor Representations and Certifications on customer portals as requested.
· Maintain Rep/Cert records as required for yearly certifications.
· Correspond with the Government Contracts team for Rep/Cert completions.
· Escalate issues to Global Sales Operations Manager as necessary.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum associate degree and/or equivalent work experience.
· SAP ERP experience.
· Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to prioritize, follow-through, and complete tasks on time.
· Previous work experience in a sales support environment.
