We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to support both accounting functions and administrative operations.
Accounting Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform daily bank and account reconciliations
Manage month-end closing processes
Process and pay invoices using QuickBooks
Assist in preparing and analyzing profit and loss statements
Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial records
Help manage lease agreements and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services and maintenance
Assist with obtaining vendor bids and estimating project costs
Schedule and organize work for vendors and contractors across projects
Take on additional administrative tasks as needed (training provided)
Interact professionally with clients and external partners
Present a polished, reliable, and personable demeanor in all communications
