Job Description
We’re looking for a Rental Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll manage daily rental logistics, coordinate vehicle staging, and support dispatch operations — all while providing top-notch customer service. What You'll Do
Review and stage vehicles based on rental schedules
Coordinate pickup and delivery with customers and internal departments
Prepare contracts and paperwork for digital or physical signatures
Use dispatch software to assign drivers and optimize delivery routes
Confirm logistics with customers and drivers prior to dispatch
Process returned vehicles and verify against original contracts
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
In charge of processing assigned monthly reports within deadline
Keep rental and sales lots clean, organized, and accessible
Assist in receiving new units and inspecting for damage or discrepancies
Manage charging/fueling schedule for electric and gas vehicles
Help load/unload vehicles and ensure safety protocols are followed
Answer phones and assist walk-in customers professionally
Serve as backup support for the Front Office Coordinator and Porter
Assist with various task as assigned
What We're Looking For
✅ Strong time management and multitasking skills
✅ Basic mechanical aptitude & proficiency with basic math
✅ Strong knowledge of the Greater Houston and surrounding areas
✅ Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
✅ Forklift certified or able to get certified
✅ Clean background check and drug screening Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
Must lift/move up to 100 lbs.
Frequent bending, walking, and climbing
Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays, as needed)
