Looking for a remote position where you can learn real digital marketing systems—without doing customer support, selling, or creative work? This entry-level role is built for beginners and focuses on setting up automated workflows that help online businesses organize leads, send follow-up messages, and schedule appointments—all using step-by-step tools and templates.
Includes access to a structured 5-day onboarding challenge where you’ll build your first complete workflow system from scratch.
As a Marketing Workflow Assistant, your job is to support backend marketing tasks by configuring simple automation tools. These include lead forms, booking calendars, and message sequences that keep businesses running without manual effort. You’ll use visual builders—no coding, design, or prior tech experience required.
This role is ideal for someone who likes checklist-based work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain a practical, remote-friendly skill.

Organize campaigns and lead records for reuse across different client workflows
Walk through the entire system using test data
Identify and fix issues with delays, tagging, or message delivery
Duplicate completed workflows for new campaigns or service offers
