Job Description

Required Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in job board platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes and compliance standards.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, service-oriented recruiting environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Calendly) and ATS systems.
  • Experience using Workday

Required Education/Certifications/License:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License

Desired Education/Certifications/License:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in interview scheduling, pre-employment candidate screenings, and job board management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage pre-employment screenings , including background checks, driver’s license verifications, reference checks, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews across departments, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on role-specific job boards and maintain accurate listings across platforms.
  • Maintain proficiency in using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and niche industry platforms .
  • Track candidate progress and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accordingly.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates to provide accurate application status updates and answer candidate questions while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring goals and timelines.
  • Support talent outreach by scheduling and preparing for career fairs and onsite hiring events
  • Assist with new hire orientation and various onboarding tasks
  • Coordinate travel for visiting candidates
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
