Must Haves:

• 2-3+ Years of experience working in a Project Manager role or similar
• Exposure to delivery of internal communications content - ideally L&D focused communications preferred
• Background liaising with IT stakeholders/ vendors on end-user system/application support needs for optimal user experiences
• Experience working with Jira for documentation and project tracking
• Proven ability to be self-sufficient, highly organized, and capable of working within a fast-paced Agile environment
• Must have excellent communication skills and willingness to learn

Job Description:

Insight Global's leading pharmaceutical client is seeking 2 Project Managers to join their team, supporting the creation of learning content and activities for their organization. This person will facilitate meetings and document meeting outcomes, ensuring that action items are accurately recorded and followed up on promptly. Responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams, relying on attention to detail to maintain comprehensive records and follow-ups. Coordinate all learning requirements, including design, development, and delivery requests based on approved priorities. Engaging with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect requirements and improve learning experiences. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the learning process to ensure a consistent, repeatable, and positive user experience. This person will also work on the execution of learning programs. This will include creation and implementation of standardized templates and processes for learning experiences, and procedural documents across various channels to ensure clear and effective information delivery to each target audience. Drive the execution of learning demand, including design, development, delivery, feedback, and hypercare/support post-release. Responsible for maintaining multiple communication and community channels, keeping all parties informed and engaged. Manage account administration, license allocation and troubleshoot user issues with the learning platform (such as Pluralsight).

These are hybrid positions working onsite at least 1 - 2x per week in Upper Gwynedd, PA to be considered for this position - in the event of any workshops scheduled, this would require flexibility for more onsite visits as these are mandatory to attend with the team.
