George Thomas is partnered exclusively with a leading manufacturer based in South Carolina.

They are actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to support their manufacturing facility This role requires exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Location: Spartanburg County, SC

As a Project Manager, you'll spearhead and oversee manufacturing and facilities projects from initation to close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects, achieving all project goals.
• Craft comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Track project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure success.
• Identify and address project risks and challenges proactively.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

To be considered for this role you require:

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Experience within injection molding is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
