Role Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Construction Supervisor / Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Towson, MD. This position combines leadership, technical expertise, and mentorship. The ideal candidate will not only oversee planning, coordination, and execution of projects, but will also work alongside crews when needed to ensure quality and efficiency.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Supervising crews on concrete and masonry projects
• Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure clear instruction and coordination
• Leading by example and training team members in best practices
• Managing project schedules, resources, and site logistics
• Performing inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Addressing challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Maintaining professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, teach, and mentor team members
• Hands-on knowledge of concrete and masonry work
• Project management experience, including scheduling and logistics
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and compliance requirements
• Formal education not required
