Position Overview

ClowdCover is a growing Managed IT Services Provider focused on delivering high-quality support and technical solutions for our clients. We specialize in onboarding new clients, driving continuous improvements, and executing a range of IT projects—from infrastructure upgrades to cloud migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate onboarding projects for new clients, including timeline development and resource assignment.
• Facilitate regular internal and external project meetings; capture and distribute action items.
• Work closely with technical staff to build work plans, define task details, and track execution.
• Monitor the progress of engineering tasks and proactively follow up on status updates.
• Serve as the central point of communication between engineering, account management, and the customer.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including notes, timelines, task lists, and summaries.
• Help improve internal project delivery processes and documentation templates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects (MSP or IT services environment preferred).
• Familiarity with managed services concepts such as ticketing systems, onboarding, and recurring service improvements.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and prioritize deadlines.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA tools is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
