Job Description

A leading original equipment provider (OEM Manufacturer) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional teams and ensure seamless project execution from initiation through completion. This critical role serves as the central hub for communication across departments, ensuring alignment of milestones, tracking progress, and facilitating on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and gather complete project documentation prior to setup.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders on status updates, parts procurement, delivery timelines, and shipping schedules.
• Monitor engineering milestones such as submittals, design revisions, and BOM updates, and assess the impact of design changes on cost and timelines.
• Collaborate with procurement to track work orders, long-lead items, and part availability, resolving procurement-related delays as needed.
• Support financial teams with cost tracking, milestone billing, and accurate job documentation.
• Coordinate shipping logistics by verifying delivery schedules, managing pick tickets, and resolving discrepancies with logistics partners.
• Facilitate post-project follow-up to address open items and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and inventory control; OEM experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexible and detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management certification (CAPM or PMP).
• Background in engineering, procurement, or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Interview Process:
