Production/Warehouse Manager
Jacksonville, FL | On-Site | Full-Time
Salary: $70,000-$100,000/year + bonuses and incentives
A well-established, full-service manufacturing company with over 20 years of operational success is seeking a hands-on Production/Warehouse Manager to lead its day-to-day production and logistics functions. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality
• 
  Manage warehouse operations, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling
• 
  Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of materials
• 
  Maintain quality control standards and ensure production deadlines are met
• 
  Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure a safe, organized warehouse environment
• 
  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and order fulfillment

Qualifications

• 
  5+ years in a production or warehouse leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or a related field
• 
  Proven track record in managing teams and streamlining production workflows
• 
  Strong organizational and communication skills
• 
  Experience with inventory systems, production planning, and logistics coordination
• 
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
