The Production and Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of catalog production, from managing photoshoots to coordinating post-production efforts. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth execution of photo shoots, maintaining the integrity of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and providing project management support for marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Catalog Production & Photo Shoot Management: Owns the catalog production timeline and ensures all deadlines are met. Manages the studio's day to day operations.
• Project Management : Support marketing initiatives by managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
• Budget Tracking : Monitor ad budgets and keep track of photography and marketing-related expenses to ensure they align with forecasts.
• Post-Production Oversight : Manage post-production workflows, including coordinating with freelancers such as copy editors, video editors, voice-over artists, and overseeing proofing rounds to ensure final assets are accurate and delivered on time.
• File Management : Oversee the post-shoot process, ensuring all files (raw to TIF) are properly renamed, stored, and archived in the DAM system.
• DAM System Management : Design, manage, and maintain our Digital Asset Management system to ensure easy access, organization, and integrity of all marketing and production assets.
• Catalog Production Meetings : Lead and facilitate catalog production meetings, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed.
• Sample Acceptance : Attend sample acceptance meetings to ensure all products are ready for shoot planning.
• Cross-Functional Communication : Maintain clear and consistent communication with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
• Print RFQs & Relationship Management : Own the process of issuing print RFQs (Requests for Quotes), negotiating with vendors, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
