Job Overview: As a Process Engineer - Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the lifecycle of dealer projects within our custom cabinet shop. You will work closely with dealers, clients, and internal teams to ensure that projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in process engineering will help optimize workflows and improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead dealer projects from order intake through layout engineering, production, delivery, and warranty claims, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality in project execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project specifications, timelines, and any changes or issues that arise during the project.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards and client expectations.
• Warranty Management: Oversee warranty claims and ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or custom cabinetry.
• Strong understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Proficient in computer software skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cabinetry design and manufacturing processes is a plus.
