Plant Manager

We’re looking for a driven Plant Manager to lead a growing manufacturer's operations. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient production, strong financial performance, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Own full P&L responsibility for the plant.
• Lead and coordinate production, engineering, maintenance, planning, and sales teams.
• Drive improvements in quality, safety, delivery, and cost efficiency using Lean practices.
• Champion a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.
• Partner with leadership on budgets, capital projects, and long-term goals.
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor performance and adjust operations to stay competitive and profitable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support new products and customer demands.
• Keep communication clear and effective across all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related field.
• 5–7 years of management experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to lead multi-department teams and deliver results.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a bonus.
