The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our clients' interests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME POSITION- but MUST be able to travel state wide for depositions and court appearances.
Role Description
This is a full time hybrid (remote/in-person) role for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at The Maxx Law Firm. The attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with personal injury cases, including drafting legal motions, representing clients in court trials, and conducting depositions.
