The Role

We’re searching for a high-performing Outbound Telesales Specialist who thrives on driving results, building connections, and opening doors to new business opportunities. You’ll be the voice of Brandsen Floors—sparking interest, generating leads, setting appointments for our business development team, and strengthening relationships through client follow-ups and satisfaction calls.

This is a part-time, office-based position, but has potential to become full time —perfect for a skilled sales professional who loves the thrill of outbound calling, hitting targets, and earning uncapped commissions.

Hours: 8AM - 2PM (Monday - Friday)

What You’ll Do

  • 🚀 Generate new business : Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospects in construction, design, and commercial sectors.
  • 💡 Promote our value : Clearly communicate what sets Brandsen Floors apart.
  • 📅 Set qualified appointments : Book high-quality meetings for senior staff to advance sales opportunities.
  • 🤝 Nurture relationships : Follow up with clients, conduct NPS calls, and gather actionable feedback.
  • 📊 Own the numbers : Track performance, hit call and appointment targets, and keep accurate CRM records.
  • 🤝 Collaborate : Partner with the Business Development Manager to align outreach with growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 📞 Proven success in outbound telesales, business development, or call center environments (B2B preferred).
  • 🎤 A confident communicator with exceptional verbal skills and the ability to influence.
  • 🗂️ Organized and detail-oriented—you manage call lists, follow-ups, and appointments seamlessly.
  • 💪 Resilient, motivated, and energized by targets (and by overcoming objections).
  • 💻 Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs, Outlook/Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
