Job Description

Office Jobsite Administrator

Onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL

$60K + 10% Bonus

This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and transition of IT services for jobsites.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gather jobsite details, coordinate IT Project Setup Packets, and coordinate service requests.
  • Request vendor quotes, present options to project teams, and finalize contracts.
  • Schedule installations, confirm delivery dates, and maintain follow-ups.
  • Organize paperwork, communicate progress, track inventory, and update stakeholders.
  • Create demobilization tickets, confirm timelines, and provide equipment lists.
  • Coordinate service disconnections, remove equipment, and update internal systems.
  • Remove jobsites from IT systems, update documentation, and close tickets.
  • Oversee upgrades, manage service contracts, coordinate installations, and relocations/moves.
  • Backup for Processing Credit Cards for the IT Department
  • Keep Inventory Spreadsheet updated as networking equipment is utilized on projects
  • Backup for Processing team members mileage reports
  • Backup for Purchasing

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Project Coordination, Technical Aptitude, Vendor Management, Problem Solving, and Documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Plusses:

  • Experience in IT project management and infrastructure setup a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT systems a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of low-voltage installations and internet technologies a plus.
