This is a full-time, on-site role located in Albuquerque, NM, for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The professional in this role will provide direct patient care, including performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families about pain management strategies, and maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation. The individual will work closely with the multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure a high standard of patient care aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of pain management techniques and evidence-based practices
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary clinical team
• Proficient in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of New Mexico
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are a plus
• Experience or specialization in pain management or related fields is advantageous
