This is a full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role located in Carlsbad, NM. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, diagnosing and formulating treatment plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based pain management care. The role also involves managing patient progress, providing patient education, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to best practices and regulatory standards. The position is instrumental in addressing the root causes of pain and improving patient well-being.

• Clinical skills in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
