Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Nonprofit (Ongoing Contract)

Location: Encino, CA

Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour

Position Overview:

LHH is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our client's team on an ongoing contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to program managers and leadership staff.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assist with intake coordination and case documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and internal teams with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support data entry and reporting for program activities.
  • Help coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and community events.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a nonprofit or social services setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
