CMG Home Loans is looking to add a bilingual Spanish Loan Officer in Grand Prairie, TX and surrounding area. Our unique platform will be a game changer for loan officers who need help generating relationships within the industry. We have existing relationships within large realtor offices and builder communities that help bridge the lead gap.

The CMG platform is proven with Top Producers ranked across the state of Texas. Builder focused, with programs to stand out from the competition.

Responsibilities -

• Work with clients who prefer Spanish as their primary language.
• Originate quality FHA, VA and conventional mortgage and home equity loans.
• Manage customers through the entire loan process, from data collection and analysis through loan conclusion while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Present the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products to determine the best option for each customer’s financial situation.
• Set proper customer expectations and provide timely updates to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Willing to learn and promote CMG Exclusive Loan Products to Builder and Realtors in the local market. Examples include the All-In-One, Builder Forward and Homefundit. See links below:

Required Skills -

• A minimum of 2 years of current mortgage origination experience with a proven track record of success.
• An active NMLS license required.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with current lending regulations.
• Must be self-motivated and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality required.
• Must be located within the state of Texas and able to commute to the Grand Prairie office location.
